Read to the Dogs
Full Description:
This unique program for kids, offered at the Wilsonville public library, is designed to increase an enthusiasm for reading, developing reading skills, and to teach children how to interact with pets and promote confidence. Reading sessions are on Wednesday afternoons from 4pm to 5:30pm and in the evening from 6pm to 8:30pm now through May 21st. Call the Library at 503.682.2744 to reserve your reading session with "Raley" or "Abby."
All dog and handler teams are certified volunteers with the Dove Lewis Animal Assisted Therapy and Education Program.
